Uzabase, Inc. is pleased to announce a new business alliance with Studio Ousia Inc., a company specializing in R&D and practical application of natural language processing via artificial intelligence (AI). Uzabase aspires to leverage this alliance, focused on large language models (LLM), to promote the use of ChatGPT and LLM in the business intelligence domain and spearhead the use of data in new business intelligence both in Japanese and English.
Background and Purpose of the Alliance
Recent rapid development of AI technologies calls for new value creation through improved work efficiency and higher literacy in technology. In April 2023, Uzabase launched its “ChatGPT/LLM Promotion Project”, aiming not only to advance the skills of Uzabase members but also to promote practical use of ChatGPT and LLM with new external partners.
Through this new business alliance with Studio Ousia Inc., a company which drives the practical application of LUKE and other LLM-related technologies and aims to create value as an R&D startup, we will further enhance the value of Uzabase’s proprietary data and eventually realize our Purpose: “Awaken a world of play in business, with our insights.”
Note: Data and content provided by our data and content partners will not be used by ChatGPT/LLM without the consent of the said partners.
Comment from Ikuya Yamada, Co-founder, Chief Scientist / Ph.D., Studio Ousia Inc.
We are pleased to collaborate with Uzabase, a leader in high-quality business intelligence, on LLM. Studio Ousia hopes to contribute to this alliance through our original LLM LUKE, which has demonstrated world-class performance in a wide range of natural language processing tasks, including entity linking, entity recognition, and question answering. We expect to create unprecedented user value through the synergy of our LLM expertise and Uzabase's business intelligence.
