In the Board of Directors meeting held today, Uzabase, Inc. has resolved to adopt a Group Executive Officer system from January 1, 2022.

The Group Executive Officers will share their perspectives with shareholders as they pursue the Purpose " Awaken a world of play in business, with our insights."
