UZABASE Selected in METI’s “J-Startup” Programme

Uzabase, Inc. was selected as one of the target companies in the “J-Startup” programme by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). This programme functions to support the development of start-up companies.

METI launched the “J-Startup” programme with the goal of creating start-up companies that can succeed on the world stage, providing new value in the global economy through innovative technologies and business models. Uzabase became one of the companies selected in the programme’s inaugural year.

Uzabase was established in 2008 with the mission of “Business Intelligence to Change Your World”. Since its founding, Uzabase has set its eyes on taking global challenges; the SPEEDA business has already entered other markets in Asia, while the NewsPicks business has already entered the USA. We will continue to take on challenges on the global stage in order to realise this mission.
