Uzabase to Acquire Sealed Network, a Southeast Asia-Specialized Expert Network Service, to Enhance Expert Network Capabilities

Uzabase, Inc. has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares in Sealed Network Pte. Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore; Founder: Benjamin Emmanuel Lee), a provider of expert network services (ENS) specializing in Asia Pacific with core competencies in Southeast Asia. The completion of this transaction is scheduled for February 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions and completion of necessary procedures.

This M&A will significantly expand the scope of Uzabase's global ENS business offerings, enabling our customers to more easily and deeply access specialized knowledge and intelligence regarding Southeast Asia.

Uzabase has been enhancing its ENS business both in and out of Japan: Mimir, Inc., which primarily operates ENS in Japan, became a wholly owned subsidiary in 2020; and in 2024, Uzabase acquired experts from Enquire AI, Inc., which primarily operates ENS in North America. This transaction marks our third ENS-related M&A, and we will continue to pursue our M&A strategy in this area.

・ Acquisition of Southeast Asian Expertise
Since its founding, Sealed Network has operated ENS across Southeast Asia, with on-the-ground operations in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The company supports not only English but also local languages in each market and has built strong relationships with local experts. Bringing Sealed Network into Uzabase strengthens our ability to meet growing customer demand for insights from global experts, particularly in Southeast Asia.

・ Enhancing the Value Proposition of Speeda and Speeda AI Agent
This enables us to respond more broadly and swiftly to the knowledge needs of our user companies associated with new ventures and global expansion.

By welcoming Sealed Network into Uzabase, we will further expand our base of global experts, particularly in Southeast Asia. The acquisition of assets from Enquire AI in 2024 has contributed significantly to our growth. Notably, we have seen a remarkable expansion of global projects and enhancement of value in 'FLASH Opinion' (*1), and this Transaction is based on the success of these results.

Sealed Network has built an expert network specializing in Southeast Asia since its establishment. With multiple local operating bases, it provides services to a wide range of customers, including major corporations and professional firms.
